You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact support immediately. 99ab Game is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep login details secure.
Account sharing — allowing another person to access or use your account — is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension.
99ab Game processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals:
Deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account does not match your registered identity — are not permitted and will be returned where possible, or held pending verification.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. These limits are displayed within your account dashboard and may vary by payment method and account tier.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. Processing times vary by method and by VIP tier — Bronze and Silver accounts receive standard processing, while Gold, Platinum and Diamond VIP members benefit from progressively faster cashout speeds.
All withdrawals are subject to identity verification checks. Pending verification, withdrawals may be held until the required documentation has been reviewed and approved. 99ab Game does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Attempting to abuse bonuses — including opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using promotional funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other form of bonus abuse — will result in bonus cancellation, withholding of associated winnings, and possible account suspension.
All bets placed on 99ab Game — including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football and esports markets — are subject to the specific rules for each sport or market as displayed on the relevant section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between general terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules take precedence for that market.
Bets are accepted and confirmed at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player unless the platform explicitly offers a cash-out or edit feature for that market. It is your responsibility to verify bet details before confirming.
A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: cancellation of an event, technical errors resulting in incorrect odds being displayed, evidence of match manipulation, or circumstances outside 99ab Game's control that render settlement impossible. Void bets have the stake returned to the account balance.
All casino-style games — including slots, fish games and bingo — use certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are independent of previous results. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available for each game within the game information section. 99ab Game does not guarantee any particular level of winnings from any game, and past performance is not indicative of future results.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and are displayed before play commences. In the event of a technical fault during a game session, any affected rounds will be resolved according to the game provider's standard resolution protocol. Incomplete rounds may be replayed from the point of interruption or have the stake returned, depending on the nature of the fault.
The 99ab Game VIP Programme consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Participation is automatic — points are earned on qualifying activity across all game categories and accumulate toward tier progression.

Where an account is closed by the player voluntarily and in good standing, the remaining real-money balance will be returned via the standard withdrawal process. Bonus balances and VIP points are forfeited on account closure. Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, 99ab Game reserves the right to withhold all or part of the balance pending investigation. The outcome of any investigation is final.
Accounts that have had no login activity for twelve consecutive months are considered inactive. An inactivity fee may be applied to inactive accounts on a monthly basis after this period. Players will be notified before any fee is applied. To reactivate an account, simply log in and complete any required verification steps.
